If an article was sent in error, the correct item will be sent free of charge.

Items returned for any other reason than an item received in error: The customer will have to pay to ship the product back and a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Should the returned product show damage, use or misuse, B&K reserves the option to seek compensation.
